While I still must pay the fixed GST fee of $5 plus the GST on the import,
I insist that the supplier ship the parts by mail. In this way, I avoid
UPS' high brokerage fee but not the duty cost. There is the chance that the
parts could get lost in the mail but so far, no problem.....and the mail is
slower (sometimes).
