Theory #2:
AOL's spam policies have gone up yet another step.  Refusing to forward
messages recieved from a 3rd party for a 3rd party wasn't having enough of
an effect.  They are now refusing to forward messages from AOL users as
well, in an effort to cut down on junk mail.  ;-)

PS:To all the AOL users out there, take the humor in good heart.  Many
years ago, I was an AOL user.  Then, the great founders of ARPANET spoke,
and they said "let there be fast internet access for all homes!"  and there
was CableModem.  And it was nuuuuuummmy.  (yes, I know CM service is not
available everywhere.)
