Are you fellas on a baseball team schedule or what?  Mtgs on 5 of 6 days in London, then away games in York?

Arrival from US and Depart are set in stone.  May I ask the itinerary for meetings the 2nd and 8th of July?

Additional meetings outside the loop during the period?

There are events in the London area on 4, 10, 12, 13, 14 (2).  Nothing
after that.

In July, the first event is on the 2nd.  Then nothing till the 8th.
