Starting

Hi all,

	I have a 1990 100 and I noticed a problem when I started it this
morning.  The engine seemed to turn over very slow.  It does this for
about two seconds and starts up and runs without any problems.  After a
short trip I decided to turn the car off for about a minute and turn it
back on, and the same symptoms appear.
