I assume it's one of the 4k CSQs.  Yes, it means you are running
really rich.  The reason is usually the temperature sensor or
its wiring.  If not, look back at monday/tuesday's posts from me
for this week for things that we checked on another car which
was running rich...

Check your ignition system too - from a discussion with Ned
today, a cylinder which isn't firing can cause black plugs!
