Boost Problems UrQ

Scott,
 Scott J know's of what he speaks.... I have been trying to diagnose as low
spool up boost problem for over a year since I bought our 83 UrQ. It has a
K24 and just never seemed right.
 Well several weeks ago Ben Howell and I pulled the head... I WAS going to
figure it out and walla! The fresh air turbine was damaged! The turbo
conversion was only 10K old so apparently the shop who did this conversion
$$$$$$ left a stray part in the intact track.
 Now, does anyone have a fresh air wheel out there? They seem to be made
from unobtainium!
  I went through exactly the same process you describe. Also pulled the CAT
and it was OK.
