I believe I can help...
Open the hood.
Pull up the rubber moulding that runs from side to side atop the
firewall.
Carefully pry loose the front edge of the black plastic shroud at the
base of the windshield.
The blower housing is right in the center under there.
On the driver's side of it, there is a small moulded black rubber hose
that has a 90-degree bend in it.
Carefully remove that hose.
The lower hole which is revealed by removing the hose is directly into
the brush area of the blower motor.
Spray some WD40 in there.
