All this talk about radios...

...just had me wondering. I've read that the Audi oem radios are
manufactured by Blaupunkt. One of my favorite features, if not THE favorite
feature, of my oem radio is it's dashboard readout in the comp display. Is
this a modular feature of Blaupunkts? I guess what I'm asking is, if the
radio needs to be replaced, should it be replaced with a Blau so that some
connection can be made to supply the radio info to the dash display?
