THEY'RE NOT TORXS!!!

Sorry for shouting - use a Torx bit and you may damage the bolt head to
the extent you'll NEVER get it out.

The correct tool is a 12mm "triple square".  You can buy them in almost
any automotive tool outlet, but in my experience they're usually
labelled up for VWs and not for Audis.  Very often they're packaged on
a card with a driver socket and an 8mm triple square - don't lose this,
because it fits the halfshafts.
