94 100s questions

Hello, I just traded in my 91 200TQ for a 94 100s and have a few simple
questions:

1.  On the dash are the buttons for the hazzard lights, defroster etc.  To
the right, there is a little coin holder thingie.  The manual says it can be
removed but I'm not sure how.  I didn't want to take a chance prying it out
if that's not how it's done.

2.  The manual says to use premium fuel only.  Is this true?  What are the
consequences if I don't?

3.  Can I have my 200tq back now?
