RE: after-run

I believe Gary Barry is on to something with the after-run relay and dead 
batteries. At the suggestion of John at Impex I took my relay apart ( 
thought I'd find the old fashion contacts and coil), what I found was a 
circuit board and lots of resistors, etc. Around 1 resistors base was a 
blackened area and the resistor appears cooked as it is all fluffy and I 
cannot make out the color code. I would try to replace it if I could 
figure out its value. I'm going to work at it for a few days, if nothing 
comes up I guess it will be time to feed the Audi gods. Got a price of 
$45 if anyone has better, please share.
