Custom chip for A4 1.8T

Hi,

I've ordered a K04-15 turbocharger for my A4 1.8T. Along with the turbo I will
be adding a Scorpion exhaust.  I'll also need a different chip so I was
thinking of getting the TAP stage 3 chip which is designed for a modified K03
turbo and a scorpion exhaust.  Would this be a problem? or do I need to have
the chip tuned on a dyno?
