There is a few wayt to skin that cat.
One is to get to it by removing the headlight assembly.
The other (my favorite) is to undo the rubber boot running from the FI to the 
Throtle body and raise/tilt the FI unit out of the way (Thank god for 
flexible fuel lines!).  The first method is time consuming, 
the other little tricky but quicker.
The second method also gives you clear shot at removing the lower 
portion of the air cleaner housing to do some mods (drilling holes, 
removing the air thermostat).
