Vapor lock

     1) 89 200 non-q fails to start when hot.  Noticed that blower for 
     injection tubes fails to come on. Is there a fuse or relay for the 
     blower?  When I pour water (very scientific) over the fuel 
     injection hoses car starts.  Is this just a coincidence?  I noticed 
     also that using a lower octane.  Does this make sense?
     
     2) use of heater in winter causes severe fogging up.  Much less 
     with use of A/C.  Had heater core replaced and still have problem?
     
     3)  no manual with car.  What are the security buttons built into 
     car radio?
