I've hiked Tuckerman's many times and I'm familiar with the area -- where
exactly is the event being held?

The Audi Mt. Washington Climb to the Clouds race is this Sunday; practice/time
trials run Friday morning and Saturday morning.  They don't race up
Tukerman's, they go up the auto road off Rt. 16 in Gorham (north of Jackson).
