I just sent the contact listed on the web page an email requesting more information.   Will pass along any reply I get.
BTW, I looked up the Sears Point schedule (http://www.SearsPoint.com) and for Aug. 7-9 it lists "SCCA Event".  Nothing
on the ATCS web page mentions affiliation with the SCCA.  So this thing might still be in the primoridal soup stage..
