platinum plugs ... beware that you need a different sized spark plug wrench,
and the adapters that are supplied loose with the other plugs (i.e. the ones
that make the box rattle and you never use) are semi-permanently attached.
This means that you must either replace the spark plug wires, or remove the
adapters with a pair of pliers.  

IME, on the stock car I didn't seem to have a problem with the cheapo
platinums either ...
