Same exact thing happened to me, the shipping geniuses @ Metrix
for some unknown reason took both headlights out of their
original boxes and put them in a large box. One side marker (a
reflector rather) was broken on arrival. I called Philippe and
explained him the situation. He immediately sent me a third
headlight without waiting for me to return the broken one first,
as not to make me waste two weeks in the process.
