I was pulled over two weeks ago in my wife's Expedition. It was during those
nasty rain storms. The rain stopped, and the road was dry, so I sped up.

The state trooper said he clocked me doing 78 (in a 65). As usual, I
received a verbal warning. That makes a total of eight times I've been
stopped in New Hampshire without getting a ticket.

I wonder if it's because I'm a NH resident?
