RE: Brooks and the CO Militia
You missed my point.... I'm a Southerner through and through..... but where I'm
from (NC mountains) it's considered proper to have your rack in the rear window
with nice hunting rifles on it. Problems with the UrQ:
1. Width (hunting rifles are too long)
2. It's "furrin".... only the "big three" are accepted...(of course, it doesn't
matter where it's built... a mid 80's Chevy Nova is fine, but a Toyota is not)
Same issue applies to the firearms. If you do show the lack of taste to have
an Uzi, you don't show it. Much more acceptable to have a "borrowed" National
Guard M16. ;-)
3. Ground Clearance (won't pass the required 10" min ground clearance)
When I visit, I have to borrow Dad's Dually (w/gun rack) just to fit in.

Having to import: Moonpies, Goo-Goo Clusters, King Syrup, BBQ, and ammo.
Luckily, Velvetta is available locally. My "hunting rifle" is an SKS.
