Motor mounts on 89 200T

I just finished replacing the strut cartridges all around, and tie rod
ends on both sides.  Needless to say I screwed the alignment to no end.
And so I took it in to get an alignment, and the guys informed me that I
need to replace the motor mounts and lower control arm bushing.  The
mounts are severly degraded and I knew I would need to replace very soon,
but I was hoping I could put it off a little longer.  Oh well.

The guys in the shop told me that both rear mounts need replacing.  I was
wondering does anybody know how hard of job this is and how much should I
expect to pay for new ones, and also where should I get them from.  Any
help would be greatly appreciated.
