I as well have had no problems with this service department on the rare
occasions I have ventured to the dealership.  Rough memory of last
discussion:

I - "I need a few trim pieces for my 83 UrQ."
She- "That can't be right!  These prices seem kind of high"
I - "No, I imagine they are the right prices"
She - "Seems kind of high"
I - "that's OK, I just need a few clips.  I'll take them"
She - "Oh, wait a minute, the price I was looking at was our cost.  I'll
have to charge you even more!"
I - "Maybe you could give me a discount!"
She - "I'll have to call you a mechanic to give you a discount"
I - " You can call me O.J. if you give me 20%"
(and she did!)
