1990 200TQ buying tips, please

I'll be checking this out in a few days: 108k miles, pearl, 2nd owner, asking
$6k(!!!). (Do I dare hope that it's a 20v?) Needs $500 paint repair, ABS "may
not be working".

I've been driving/maintaining an 87TQ since new, and been plugged into the
list for a few years, looking for info on problems/weak points on this model.
