SPAX or KONI??

Hi Everyone:

I am a past list member who is not now, but I would like to get y'alls 
opinion on adjustable shocks for my 87 4kcsq.  I need adjustable 
shocks for autocrossing and am curious as to which would be the better 
choice.

Has anyone successfully installed either?
Is there a better alternative?
What would you do?  (I want to stay in H stock, so no spring kits :-(  )

If you could please REPLY PERSONALLY, it would be appriciated.
