A8 Brakes keep warping

Good day all,
      My father asked me to write and ask if any other Q-list members with
A8's have had a prob with warping rotors.  The car has @12K miles on it and it
is on its second set of rotors.  The second set was installed N/C by the
dealer about 3K miles ago.  Well my parents went up to vermont this past week
and on the way down my Father said the breaks started to vibrate like crazy
again.  Now my father does not drive particulary hard so I am suprised that
the rotors are warping.  Any of you lucky A8 owners have the same experience.
