Speaking as someone inthe mail order business... it's not really too
difficult to pack and ship 24 sets of the same thing in a long
afternoon.  Helps to be a UPS shipper.  How will the lights be
packaged?  ready to UPS?  If not, you should find an apprpriate box and
buy 24 of them, and a bag or two of peanuts (styrofoam).  Make labels in
you computer, ship 'em as checks arrive, or something.  You could have a
fixed shipping rate added to the cost (including the packaging costs) or
look it up in UPS rate book.

Really, this is not the hard part of what you're doing.  Let me know if
you need some help or wanna come here and do it.
