There is a drain line at the rear of this catchment tray which should
drain this oil off. I think the tray setup is designed to collect fuel from
any leakage around the injectors and drain it away from the hot exhaust
manifold. If oil from a cam cover leak is pooling in the tray and slopping
over, the drain line is probably plugged.
