after run turbo cooling & 3" exhaust

Does anyone have the procedure for troubleshooting the after run cooling
pump and fan for the turbo on a '93 S4? I remember an old quattro quarterly
had this procedure for another Audi. Not sure if it applies to the S4.

Also I am kicking around doing a 3" turbo back exhaust. Any BTDT's? I am
looking at doing this in conjunction with a RS2 setup. Anyone know of a
manufacturer for something like this? I had heard that Stromeng (Sp?) makes
something like this, but I have been unable to find any info. Does anyone
have a jig for manufacturing the downpipe?
