Starter?

Hi everyone,

	I have an 1990 100 and I have a problem that may or may not be
the starter.  First of all I had the starter replaced about a week ago
and the battery is brand new.  After getting out of work I tried to
start the car and it only clicked once.  The car was parked there for
about nine hours.  The next time it happened was between 5 days or a
week.  The voltmeter reads a little more than 12 volts when this
happens, and on both occasions the car started up fine on the second
try.  Could this be a flaky rebuilt starter?

Thanks for the help, and thanks to the people who responded to the
problem with my trunk lock, I still haven't had any time to fix it yet.
