Headlight Brilliance

Thanx for the various flames in response to my comments.  I responded
privately to the first that in 1 1/2 years of re-adjusted headlights I
have yet to be flashed by any oncoming vehicles at either low or high
beams.  Perhaps the upwards adjustment was called for?!  But sincerely
thanks to those who offered constructive suggestions short of spending a
bundle on Euro lights.  You know who you are.
