I think I hurt Mortis this time, 'cuz he's hurtin' and I'm the one that
whip's im.

I picked up a friend of mine, we were jammin' around a s turn, about 25 or
30mph, and she saw one of her friends' cars up ahead of us. Well, damn! We
better catch 'em, huh? Hell Yes!

I mashed in second, and about 6krpm I hit the fuel cut about the same time
I think I blew the intercooler. Ouch. From there, Mortis would limp above
~.4bar manifold pressure, and if I pushed, I could hear the unholy sound of
air wooshing through the window. Tried a couple of things, he was more or
less, more more than less, ok unloaded up and down the RPM range, but under
much load, he really started to buckle. I think he was drowning in fuel,
because his air was rushing out of his body.

I pulled over to let him idle, and he fell over and stalled. Wouldn't
start, and wouldn't start... I looked at the IC, the endcaps looked ok,
they weren't obviously out of place; the accordian hose was ok as far as I
could see... ? I'm assuming the endcaps blew enough to $#^# everything up,
but not enough to be visibly damaged.

If you got any ideas, hook me up, otherwise I've gotta go get him
flatbedded over to the doctor in the morning.

Those hose clamps I got? DEFECTIVE!!! I can't believe it. They wouldn't
CLAMP. Even before I tried to mount three of them together, they wouldn't
thread more than an inch of.. of.. thread-stuff before the locked up. Damn
it all to hell. Too bad I can't get towing costs out of Sutherlands because
their hose clamps were defective, so I couldn't put them on my car.

Laters, I've got to go vent (and maybe get a few pots of caffine out of my
body so I can sleep sometime next week)
