Passat Wheel Availability

My sister ordered a Passat GLS V6 FWD and wants rims. We looked in the new
accessory catalogue I picked up at Waterfest and there are two 16" rims in
it. The first looks like a dead ringer for the A4 Sport Packaged cars
(sourced by Ronal). I personally like the Speedline 5-spokers, but it just
doesn't look like they will be coming over.
    Anyway, she will possibly opt for the Sport rims over the steel/hubcap
setup. The car should be sweet, and I agree it's no A4. Still, with real
wood inserts at sub-$30K ($26K negotiated price) fully loaded except for GLX
and Syncro, it's a damn nice car. My problem with the A4 is the rear seat
room, and while the A6 would be my first choice, the Passat is clearly
closer to my price range. So, how about Recaro seating, S4 biturbo and some
18" A8 Sport Ronals from Europe. Ahhhh. Very Nice. I can live with that.-G
