Agreed.  Dealer skill was good.  Dealer honesty wasn't near the end.
Example: Dealer installed new AC compressor in 95.  It died in 96.  They
replaced.  It died in 97.  Guy didn't take it to dealer; unfortunately, he
sold the car w/o getting it fixed.  

There is a bit of interpretation that goes into reading the 2" stack of
service records.  Like the more than 1 a month in the beginning to 1 every
few months near the end with the same problems cropping up and the dealer
not finding anything.  My car must have had 15-20 "courtesy alignments"
(yeah, right!) from the dealer.  And they noted that they explained how to
check tire pressures about the same amount.  And then at the end of his
tenure in the car, the receipts are from independent shops.  They do make
interesting reading....
