I do not have a Q, but I had new springs installed on my A4 and then had
the alignment done (lowering car changes toe and negative camber) by an
independent shop (actually a BMW repair shop) who did a delightful job.
Not sure if an alignment is that different on a Q -- I doubt it, both
cars have the front wheels driven!  I do recall that the A4 does not
have adjustable rear alignment, it just takes a thrust alignment.
