RE: Bedding in Carbon Fiber Brake Pads?

What I've heard...... ride the brake pedal lightly at low speed till you get the pads good and stinky-hot. The objective is to raise their temperature very slowly to out-gas the pads without tearing them apart at the molecular level, as would happen if you heated them very quickly prior to complete out-gassing.

Subject: Bedding in Carbon Fiber Brake Pads?

Anybody got any suggestions for bedding in new carbon fiber
brake pads? Provided all goes well (it won't), my car will
be on the road today with new coil-overs, slotted brembos,
and carbon pads from KVR, among other things.

TIA
