Galvanized body panels

The Coupe GT was never galvanised at all.  Some ur-quattro panels were,
but apparently it changes by year.

Same as every other ur-quattro.  Only real changes from 1980 were
Ronal 8" wheels and the body-coloured rear spoiler.  The 1991 (20V) has
a different steering wheel and slightly different boot badges.
