Your rear blinker bulb is burnt out, or possibly bad electrical contact,
or faulty blinker relay.  On the 4000s there is only one blinker indicator
light in the instrument cluster and has green arrows pointing both ways.

Could be one of many causes.  Check all vacuum hoses for good connection.
If nothing found, then you need to check the fuel injection for proper
fuel pressures, and proper functioning of all FI components.

for automotive use...
