As a general rule anybody driving a car with gold badges will not wave, as
this would defeat the purpose of owning a car with gold badges.  Many a car
and owner have been ruined by the onslaught these unnatural devices. :)

Sorry for the rant, just saw a beautiful black lexus SC400 ruined by the
"G" word.
