OK.  Same problem happened to a few other listers and my mother recently.  Not
exactly sure how from my own experience, but there is rod attached to the
inner door handle with a plastic fitting.  The rod length must be adjusted so
that the door can be opened from the inside, but it requires a little finesse,
as I understand it.
