' 88 80 Quattro window lift-question

I am still trying to talk myself into joining yet another list,already have
way too much mail as it is.So for the mean time,I hope it is OK to just pop in
for a question occasionally.
So-my problem is:the driver's window lift on my car is broken-not the
motor/cable assembly,but the black plastic part attached to the window glass
at the bottom.Audi dealer says not available seperately,gotta buy the $200
glass.Is there somewhere this is available alone?Please pmail me as I'm not
yet in your midst.(actually,I was kinda waiting until I could afford another
Ur Quattro)TIA!
