How do you get the fog light switch off?  Real scientific...PULL!  Yup,
just get a good grip and gently, but firmly, pull it out.  Either that,
or you can undo the whole top of the gauge console by unscrewing each end
and lifting the cover up and out.  But pulling is easier.  

By the way, is this the older style dash with the three slots on both
sides, or the newer one with four slots on each side?
