My offer on it was accepted this afternoon!  Even better still, it looks
like the insurance company that has been dragging its feet on settling with
Paula for the injuries she suffered in an accident on April 11, 1996 will
have a check for the policy limit to her attorney next Monday ... if this
happens, then I won't need to sell anything!  Frankly, I assumed that she
would be lucky to get her expenses covered and hadn't counted on this money
at all ... needless to say, we be smiling this afternoon!  :^)
