this "bullseye" person has been flooding every listed mailing list with his
spam.  someone on the voice-recognition mailing list actually tracked it
back to a name and a mailing address of a business in los angeles.  his
access site seems to be lsl.com.

perhaps the best defence is to have the mailing list software reject mail
from the addresses not on the list.  it's severe and may interfere with
some subscribers' access to the list, but it's the only way to reject spam
at a single point.
