I'm interested in 'turbo-stall', and RPM's of the turbo device.. Is there
anyway ouside of a lab (ie. In my car:) to monitor the turbo's RPMS?

RPM goes up over 100,000 rpm.  No way to monitor in car other than by
boost/rpm without spending serious $$.

How is turbo-stall affected by altitude/pressure changes?

Higher altitude = lower pressure = higher RPM for same level of boost.
