Well, it technically is overboosting.. at least, according to the boost map.

Me, I'm not scared to ground out the fuel pump. I just would rather have a
more elegant solution. Ie, time to reprogram the EPROM.

It's not bad in fifth, a slight jerk or two, but in first or second,
hitting the fuel cut is just wrong.. wow.. That _can't_ be good for the
engine.

Note that I didn't notice this problem with lower octane fuel... I don't
know if it was because I wasn't pushing it as hard, or because now the fuel
is up to spec. 

It also happens a lot more with the AC on, I guess the AC bleeds enough
power from the driving wheels to let the boost build up higher before
shifting. 

Oh well.. I've got to get an EPROM programmer to fix it.. buying a chip
from IA isn't a bad idea, but an expensive way to fix a minor defect.
Buying a chip from TAP.. nahh..
