Coolant flush valve????

Hey gang,

I think I'm going to change the coolant on my '90 200TQ this weekend
with some fresh stuff and wanted to know if there was a "flush" or
release valave in the coolant system to easily purge what's in there
now???

If so, where is it?  

Last time I changed the coolant I also replaced the lower radiator hose,
so I flushed it that way.  Never bothered to see whether there was such
a valve on this car.  TIA.
