'85 5KT questions ECU & Ur-q

This is for a friend.

Subject is '85 5kt auto and missing the ECU.  I'm looking for a part number
and would like to know what other cars shared this ECU.

Should he not fix up the 5kt is there any reason why could not use the block
& head in his Ur-q? Thoughts?
