Anti-lock light stays on all the time (long)

10 gets you one they didn't cap the ABS sensors when they re-installed
them.

Resistance is not a good indicator.

I suspect this might be coincidence.

Neither have I.  Take it back, ask them if they used ablative caps
when they reinstalled the ABS sensors (Audi part # 437 927 809).

If the response is unsatisfactory, have the car flatbedded from their
lot to an Audi dealership.
