Help! Steering rack for 90V8Q

Help!  My steering rack on the V8 Q (1990) ist Kapputt and leaks like a
sieve! I have a feeling that the pump is leaking slightly also.. 3
questions for everyone - 
1) Does anyone know of someone who supplies these parts rebuilt at a
reasonable cost?

2) What is the issue of stainless steel sleeving in the steering rack and
does it apply in my car?

3) Is there a pressure regulator on  this car which controls hydraulic pump
output pressure which may have malfunctioned and caused my grief? How do I
check this?
