intensive washer systems(those who have it, read.)

I'm wondering what's involved in adding the intensive washer system to my
200q.  I've seen pictures of the different stalk(the wiper switch has a big
button on the front) and the second tank, but I've never seen a 200 that
actually had it, or a 5k for that matter.

Any sources, PN's, experiences, etc?  I think the biggest expense would be
replacing the turn signal/wiper/headlight/flasher unit, which is probably
more than the 5k one, so $300-$400.

Is my hunch that canadian/euro 200q20v's had this correct?
